Perihelion AI Systems LLC ("PAIS," "we," "us") builds and automates business systems for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what we don't do with it.
What we collect
Contact form. When you use the form on this site, we collect your name, email address, business name, and the message you send.
Phone and text. When you call or text our business line, (877) 577-6631, we collect your phone number and the content of the conversation or message.
Email. When you email us, we collect your email address and the content of your message.
Client engagements. If you become a client, we collect the business information needed to deliver the work — contact details, business processes, and the account access you choose to provide for the systems we build.
Website usage. Our hosting provider may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not run advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule conversations.
- To deliver and support the work you hire us for.
- To send appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and service updates you have agreed to receive.
- To keep records of our business relationship.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for purposes unrelated to the reason you gave it to us.
Who we share it with
We use third-party services to run the business — email and calendar (Google Workspace), phone and text (Grasshopper), customer records (Airtable), automation (Zapier), and website hosting and contact forms (Netlify). These providers process your information only to deliver their service to us, under their own privacy terms.
We may disclose information when required by law.
Data Sharing
- • Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
- • Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
Perihelion AI Systems LLC Messaging Terms and Conditions
- The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello@perihelionaisystems.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
- If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy contained in the rest of this document/page.
How you opt in to texts
We only text people who have agreed to it — by telling us on a phone call, by texting our business line first, or by asking us in writing. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and engagement records for as long as we have a business relationship with you, and as long afterward as needed for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
Email hello@perihelionaisystems.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to opt out of any communication.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated effective date.
