These terms cover your use of perihelionaisystems.com, our business phone and text line, and any conversation you have with Perihelion AI Systems LLC ("PAIS," "we," "us") before you become a client. By using the site or contacting us, you agree to them.
What we do
PAIS builds and automates business systems for small businesses. The site describes that work and gives you a way to reach us. Nothing on the site is an offer to do a specific job at a specific price.
Client work
Paid work is scoped and quoted per engagement and governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the signed agreement wins.
Text messaging
Program. Perihelion AI Systems LLC runs a conversational text program on (717) 743-2771 to answer questions, confirm appointments, and follow up on conversations you have started with us.
Consent. We only text people who have agreed to it: by telling us on a call, by texting our business line first, or by asking us in writing. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything.
Frequency. Message frequency varies with the conversation.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
Opt out. Text STOP to (717) 743-2771 at any time. We send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more. To join again, opt in the same way you did the first time.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Use the site and our contact channels for lawful purposes only. Don't send spam, malicious code, or anything that interferes with the site or the people using it.
Our content
The text, design, and logo on this site belong to PAIS. You can share links to it. Don't copy it and present it as your own.
No guarantees
The site is provided as is. We keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will always be either. Information on the site is general and isn't professional advice for your business.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, PAIS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using the site or contacting us.
